Want to learn more about zines and zine-making? Want to engage with a community of like-minded women of colour? Want to write but don't know where to start?

Join in with creating the 3rd issue of GEN M "Generation Migrant". A zine which began in early 2017 by Helen Yeung with the aim of amplifying the voices of migrants and highlighting their experiences in Aotearoa New Zealand. The theme for issue 3 will be centralised around personal experiences of feminism, migration and being in diaspora.

With the help of Jasmin Kaur, the workshop will run over the course of two days, from 12:00pm-4:00pm, come to one or both! Basic materials such as paper and stationary will be provided, but feel free to bring your laptop and work on a piece of writing or even photoshop an illustration.

This will be a safe space for minorities to speak openly about their experiences and will adhere to a safe space policy.
