South American cuisine is a taste sensation, full of diverse flavours. In this class, we will explore the different region’s unique flavour profiles through the varying spice combinations, as well the essential techniques for making your own salsa. Try your hand at spiced fish tortilla with pico de gallo then go on to cook Cazuela – a one pot dish brimming with the pick of NZ seafood, tomato, rice, vegetables, spices and fresh herbs.
