Come and eat for a good cause at our "Food for Thought" three-course lunch here at Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand.

Every year around one-third of all food produced in the world is wasted; that is enough food to feed almost 3 billion people. To raise awareness of this problem, our third year Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business students have taken up the challenge to create this three-course lunch with zero food waste.

This event is run in collaboration with Kaibosh. Kaibosh is a Wellington-based organisation that collects surplus food from eateries and gives it to those in need. Kaibosh's aim is to promote zero food waste and help to eliminate food poverty.

All event profits will go to Kaibosh to support their cause!
