The bi-annual He Waka Kōtuia Art Fundraiser is upon us once again.

Similar to 2016, we have some amazing Artists to showcase, many of which have gained local, national and international success for their practice.

This fundraiser is to help our group travel to Palmerston North in July to perform in the National Secondary Schools Kapa Haka Competition.

Some internationally recognised NZ Artists whose works we are exhibiting and auctioning are: Shane Cotton, Robyn Kahukiwa, Simon Kaan, Tracey Tawhiao, Barry Cleavin, Dee Copland, Ewan Macdougall, Zena Elliott and Dave Burke.

There is a $10 entry charge for Adults. Students and Children Free. Drinks and Nibbles will be provided throughout the exhibition section of the evening.

The Art Exhibition, for viewing the artworks, will take place from 6pm to 7pm (approx). This will also be the time for bidders to register, providing our team with your details.

The Art Auction will take place after this, where Kevin Hayward will work his magic once again.

Works which are paid for on the night will be carefully re-packaged and can be taken away with the buyers (our preferred option). Eftpos will also be available.

We will not have any live bidding system in place. Only those physically present or those who have placed Book Bids can bid on Artworks.

Information for placing Book Bids will be available soon. Please check the Facebook event page for regular updates.

Nau mai, haere mai!
