- How to conduct your own health warrant of fitness

Presenter Bio – Deborah Wright:
I’m a Naturopath. I’ve been running my clinic for over 10 years, working with clients of all ages from newborns to great grandparents!

I spent 25+ years working in hospitality and tourism, interspersed with some merchant banking, retail and temping. I loved the Hospo industry but got really burnt out after so many years. What I missed the most was the interaction with customers – the general banter and fun that you get from working in a busy environment.

I figured my width and depth of work experience, my own personal health challenges, and my desire to help people could be better utilised in a health & healing capacity. In 2002 I decided to train as a Naturopath and in 2005 I graduated.

Workplace Stress has always been something I feel strongly about and many of my clients come to me highly stressed and/or at burnout stage. What I’ve discovered is that small business owners and the self-employed run at a high level of stress most of the time and are generally not prioritising their own health.

I want to share my experiences, equip you with some tools and knowledge around a daily self-health-assessment, and help you to be in the best health you can be.
