How to build an effective team to make your business hum. We will also cover staff hiring and training with more practical advice on employment relationships with role-plays and problem solving. You will learn about customer service expectations, how to take orders, deal with complaints.

Celia Hay is the author of 'How to Grow Your Hospitality Business', publishing the third edition in December 2017. In addition to founding the New Zealand School of Food & Wine, which has been running since 1995, she has also successfully launched and run multiple hospitality businesses.
