Hi there,
The first big rocking bands gig at The Incubator’s Jam Factory, takes place on the 9th of November 2018 at 7pm, featuring Taupo based heavy rock/metal bands If He Dies He Dies (Jason McIver-ex Primacy) and Burn The Boats, with Local Punk/Metal power trio The Carradines adding their brand of humour-filled sickness to the mix.

If He Dies He Dies – Bio:
If He Dies He Dies is a 4 piece alt metal/heavy rock band from Taupo featuring former members of Slipping Tongue, Primacy and 5 Star Fallout. The first jams came out of replying to an ad on Facebook, “guitarist wanted to jam some down tuned heavy music”.

After the first time playing together it was pretty clear to everyone that it worked and that there was a very strong direction almost immediately. IHDHD were lucky to be included on the Nationwide Skinny Hobos album release tour as the first 2 shows the band had played together and have since released their first single and music video titled Medusa.

The band takes influence from a wide spectrum of heavy music, citing influences from punk, doom, grunge, metal and heavy rock... it all gets blended together. “If He Dies He Dies” is a quote from a Rocky film and we hope everyone leaves the show feeling like they've been in the ring for 45 minutes... minus getting punched in the face.

If He Dies He Dies new single Medusa can be heard at the website.

The Carradines music can be checked out on their Facebook page.
