Take inspiration from the wild nature around us, play with colour, patterns and shapes to design your own mask with The Dowse Education team.

Bring your mask and join in the fun on Saturday 18th August at the Hutt Winter Festival parade.

These workshops also relate to the exhibition, Come Together at The Dowse from 2 June – 22 September.

All ages, bookings not necessary, just drop in and make a mask!

About the Come Together exhibition:
This exhibition reflects on the many different cultures that call Aotearoa NZ home. Through art works we explore events and festivals in the wider Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

About the artists:
The Dowse Education Team are Cat Bennett and Jolie de Gaia, two very experienced art educators whose specialty is bringing The Dowse exhibitions to life for school groups through creating fun and educational art activities that link the curriculum with the exhibitions.
