Breathe & de-stress with gentle movement & meditation: Strengthen your resilience and your self-awareness.

This class will start with a warm-up meditation (standing or sitting) to gently release stress and tension. Progressing to freestyle flowing dancing movement for fun to loosen up and shake it off. Followed by some easy flowing yoga/physio style moves to strengthen and for balance. Finishing off with a laying or sitting cool down meditation. Will have relaxing uplifting music playing.

Relax, improve sleep, calm your body and mind. Have fun, get social & be kind-to-yourself.
