Mindfulness boosts the immune system, intelligence, positive emotional states, self-awareness, creativity, happiness, compassion and more, it's a scientifically proven method of caring for one of the most valuable assets we have, our mind!

So whether you are curious about mindfulness but don't know where to start, interested in expanding your personal mindful practice in a facilitated group experience or looking for new tools to reduce anxiety and rewire the brain, you are invited to join us!

Every Monday for the next six weeks, George Johnston will lead a small group to discuss and experience the ways we can relate mindfully to others, ourselves and the different themes that show up in our lives.

What can I expect from a session?
Each week will weave together mindfulness with breath, mindful movement, an intentional practice to explore a specific theme and room for group discussion. You can either challenge yourself to commit to a regular badass self-care practice by signing up to the full six-week course or drop into a few one-off session. Each session has the opportunity to connect over a cuppa tea before and after.

Price: $15 for a drop in or $66.00 for the full 6 week course

About George: George Johnston has been sitting quietly for many years. He has embarked on training with the Mental Health Foundation as a mindfulness facilitator and continues to learn every day, with every person he spends time alongside.
