Facilitated by Neave Ross-Wallace, this 4-session course is for anyone who wants to learn about mindfulness or deepen their practice. The emphasis is on understanding how to practice mindfulness while also delving into the science of how the practices move us from living on auto-pilot towards feeling more alive and present in our life. Switch on your body's calming system, reduce your stress levels, increase your sense of aliveness, decrease anxiety and improve sleep. Neave is a registered mindfulness teacher and has taught mindfulness to over 1500 people in the past two years.
