Why not start your day with yoga?

Choose Sunrise Yoga on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, or All-Levels Yoga on Saturday mornings - or both!

Sunrise Yoga is a gentle hatha class that includes 10 minutes to integrate into the body, 25 minutes of standing, seated and reclining postures to energise the body, and 10 minutes of rest to ground and enliven you for an amazing day! Offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.15 am.

All-Levels Yoga is a flowing sequence of postures and breathwork to develop physical and mental integrity and agility. Offered Saturday mornings at 9.00 am. Note: This is a special 75-minute class - same price as our 45-minute classes!

All yoga classes are all levels and prenatal appropriate and are taught by certified instructors - Angelica (Mon/Wed), Jesse (Fri) and Jenifer (Sat). They provide gentle assists and modifications to make sure you're strong and safely aligned in every posture. Organic mats and props provided. Get classy and stay classy, Wellington!
