You can expect to set your intentions, learn more about the Cacao spirit/how she can assist you in this journey called Life, connect with other humans, and leave feeling clear, open and delighted to be experiencing this time on Earth.

Claire invites you to join for a magical evening of heart-opening & connection with your Higher Self in intentional Cacao Ceremony in celebration of the New Moon.

We have a delicious organic ceremonial grade cacao from Peru.

Cacao deepens our connection to our heart and expands our capacity to love and be loved. In a world where we’re realizing that everything is love, that’s a pretty potent medicine.

Cacao is safe; completely free from Caffeine; soothes the nervous system and has been reported to decrease anxiety, increase circulation, clear the chakra centers, and be an aid in connecting to Oneself, to Others, to Nature and to Source.

We welcome you to share space to open, connect and bask in the New Moon energies. A New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle, a fresh start in its cycle of waxing and waning. During this time, the Moon is empty and receptive and full of potential. This is an optimum time to plant seeds of intention for what you want to manifest in your life.

What to bring:
- Journal and pen
- Any art or craft your working on, or a coloring book/anything that gets you feeling creative
- A snack to share for breaking fast after ceremony
- Anything you'd like to share with the group i.e a poem, a song, a piece of writing - anything!
- An open mind

Stay for optional crystal sound healing meditation from 8:30pm.

Guidelines: Eat something light - gentle, alkaline-based foods - but do not eat for at least 3 hours before your cacao ceremony. Avoid alcohol, cow dairy, and high levels of stimulants such as refined sugar, caffeine, energy drinks etc. Keep well hydrated with still spring water.

Contraindications: Cacao does not mix with some MAOs, which means that there are certain types of antidepressants that should not be used with cacao. Unless you are confidently knowledgeable regarding this, we suggest that the use of antidepressants is a contraindication. It is not advisable to take cacao if you suffer from serious heart conditions. The heart rate can be greatly increased depending on the particular synergy created between you and the cacao.

It is also a vasodilator which means that those with very low blood pressure need to be aware also. Even though cacao is a very potent detoxifier it is not recommended for people who are undergoing chemotherapy or suffering from severe illnesses.

For women who are breastfeeding, cacao is stimulating and may affect your baby’s sleeping pattern, as it would be passed on through your breast milk (I will mention though that I am currently breastfeeding and incurred no issue with this). If you have an allergy or intolerance to chocolate and/or other stimulants, cacao should not be taken.
