Explore and practice the fundamentals of authentic & connection communication. Learn to understand why how and what you say matters. Develop listening and speaking skills to enhance your relationships both personally and professionally.

With curiosity and acceptance we will consider ways of sharing how we feel and think so that people listening to us will be more likely to understand us. We will also consider how we let others know that we have listened so that they feel understood.

We will craft questions that are more likely to be received as requests than demands.

This is a fun and friendly experiential weekend workshop lead by Toni McErlane BSc (Counselling). Toni has is a counselor and Family Dispute Resolution mediator in Tauranga with a private practice supporting couples, families and individuals to align their values with their communication.

Toni has been facilitating NVC workshops since 2009 in the US and NZ.
