Join us for a day retreat on Mindfulness with Lharampa Geshe Jampa Tharchin from 9.30am - 5pm Saturday 24 November.
Geshe Jampa Tharchin will share authentic Tibetan Buddhist techniques on cultivating awareness, which allow us to brighten our inner clarity and thrive in everyday life.
Everyone welcome - beginners and advanced practioners alike can benefit from deepen their mindfulness practice!
