We welcome everyone who is interested in learning more about the raw foods lifestyle, if you're already dipping your toe in the water, that's even better. We love to share our knowledge and tips.

Bring a raw dish either sweet or savoury to share with others. The topic of discussion this month is Probiotics and Fermented Foods. Bring a sample of some of yours if you make them.

This event is part of our Raw Foodies Club so will be $10 per person. (

- I have something new to show/tell you about coconut yoghurt.
- I will bring something sweet from the 'Tastebud Temptations' class and talk about it. (It's Canadian)
- I will demonstrate how to make a fermented nut cheese.

Park behind the house or leave your car on the street and walk up the track. Once inside, walk up the main staircase, turn right at the top and go along to the end of the hallway. We will be in the dining room on your left. Please let me know if you are coming.
