A free 2 hour event, sharing some of the latest 'science-backed' functional medicine lifestyle strategies focused on the foundations of health that underpin vitality, energy and wellbeing. Supporting you to regain vitality and zest for life!

That future is now! Call it what you will, Functional Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, Holistic Medicine, Natural Medicine or something else. These philosophies all point to the same foundations of health and wellbeing, or what I simply call "Nourish, Move, Rest, Love"

This seminar includes a highly informative and practical presentation talk that includes strategies and tips for improving stress levels, adrenal health, gut health & digestion, inflammation and energy levels. There will also be time to ask those burning questions at the end. Plus, nourishing wholefood (gluten free / sugar free) ‘tasters’ for you to sample, and a chance to win some nourishing healthful prizes in our charity fundraiser raffle.

Your host is Michelle Bishop, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach with a passion for optimizing people's health and wellbeing through individualised appropriate lifestyle and nutrition strategies. I motivate my clients to learn new lifestyle and nutrition habits that nourish, heal and energise.

Our guest speaker is highly respected naturopath and nutrition expert, Tracey Loughran ND, who is skilled at taking the latest 'science-backed' functional medicine lifestyle and nutrition strategies and presenting them in a practical way that we can apply to our own lives.
