Local historian Shelley Dunford will present the oral history projects she undertook to record the stories of 17 people involved in the 1968 Wahine disaster.

The visual presentation with audio clips will reveal perspectives previously unconsidered, and work to give a wider social context around the way in which authority (or chain of command) was not challenged at that time.
