In this workshop it is all about the edible flowers roses and lavender, and some others. We will create a High Tea with sweet and savoury treats.

Using Lavender in a dressing for Spring vegetables, Rose-Lavender Dusted Organic Chicken Skewers, Lavender Glazed Almond Shortbread, Lavender or Rose Pannecotta, Sorbet, Rose Petal Jam and Floral Butters and more…

And all finished with a (herbal) cup of tea and a lavender rose Bubbles hopefully outside among the gardens!
