First course - Tapa:
- Goat’s cheese gnudi with prawn, melon & chervil salad
- Wine Pairing: Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc, 2017, Marlborough - $12 by the glass (100 ml pour)

- Pan-roasted quail with kumara, spinach & vincotto glaze
- Wine Pairing: Clearview Estate Reserve Syrah, 2016, Hawkes Bay - $18 by the glass (100 ml pour)

Third Course - Dessert:
- Twice-baked French blue cheese soufflé with walnuts and a burnt orange & pear compote
- Wine Pairing: Gonzalez Byass Apostles VORS Sherry, 30-year-aged, Portugal - $18 by the glass (50 ml pour)
