Local 'home kill' butcher, Kieran Baker ('KJ of The Naki Butcher') has been mastering his skills for 17 years and will be presenting the first of three workshops in our Peihana Farm 'Butchery" series.

A keen hunter and fisherman himself, this workshop is aimed at the hunter who is keen to turn wild game into sausages. Learn about the ingredients, fat content, tools and techniques on how to get a good tasting minced game mixture into casings.

Cost includes course notes, refreshments, a hearty late brunch and a take home pack of sausages.
