Sing It Wrong: CANCELLED

Fri 29 Jun 2018, 8:30pm–10:00pm

Where: The Fringe Bar, 26 Allen Street, Wellington

Restrictions: R18

Due to unforeseen circumstances (illness and sadness) this event has had to be cancelled. We apologise profusely, thank you for your interest and hope that you continue to support Capital Comedy gigs in the future. Sing It Wrong will be back hopefully in the not too distant future as we love the show. Can't wait to see you there then. Xx

Capital Comedy's newest show, Sing It Wrong is a show where we take songs you know and love and rewrite the lyrics, making them funnier than they ever were on the radio.

The acts have written these parodies themselves especially for the night. Hear lyrics that make you laugh until your sides hurt and if you want to, sing along.

This is a show designed to mix the best bits of live music and comedy, hosted by two lovely ladies Julz Burgisser and Katie Boyle. They’ll crack jokes, sing their own songs and introduce your lineup of comedy singers.

The lineup is full of all types of performers, from comedians to musicians and including people who are usually found doing other performance, like actors, sports people, and dancers. It’s a lively fun show where anything could happen on stage during their time to shine.

This show specifically features the talents of: Cary Stackhouse, Jack Powers, David Bowers-Mason, Issac Thomas, Sri Nair, and Damian Reid.

Laugh along as we take a song and Sing It Wrong.

Disclaimer: Please be aware some song content is R18 and themes may be controversial. They may also be hilarious.
