A release-based workshop led by Chloe Loftus to encourage sensitivity, softness and fluidity in our movements. Through improvisations and learnt sequences we will seek to expand our body awareness to facilitate efficiency of movement, softening into our practice, finding freedom and connection with our bodies and each other.

Incorporating elements of contact improvisation, contemporary dance and play, join Chloe for this one-off 2 hour workshop to discover ease, breath and joy in your dancing.

This is an open-level workshop, suitable for beginners through to advanced movers. Be courageous, you need not be intimidated by the word ‘dance’… this is an open and supportive space for creative explorations and movement development. All you need is a willingness to get down on the floor!
