It is with deep sadness and regret that I have had to cancel this show due the onset of a rather violent illness. I desperately wanted to push through but last night was hell with vomiting, passing out and coughing. I will reschedule at the soonest opportunity. Apologies.

YES! International spoken word poetry performer - RikTheMost - is back! After their last strongly supported and super successful St. Peter's show they just had to do another one!

They also can't stand to listen to the regretful rumblings of remorse from residents who erroneously decided to skip Rik's first show in Paekakariki, many months ago - so don't make that mistake again!!! With a fast approaching expiry date on their visa and the painfully long, slow and expensive wait to see if another visa will be granted - who knows when Rik will perform here again! FOMO is real!

There will be ten open mic spots available - message Rik or post on the event wall to book one - if you didn't manage to do it last time - don't let the chance slip by again! A few spots will also be reserved for signing up on the night.

Tickets: On the door $10 (or what you can afford) - you don't miss out on art just because you don't have money.

Similarly, if you want to pay it forward and buy a suspended ticket that can be used by someone who cannot afford the entry then that'd be just beautiful -

All proceeds go towards spiralling visa costs or a plane ticket outta here - depending on how the application goes...
