A special Spring Menu with Creativity and Abundance of Spring Flavours, first one in a series of Four Special Menu’s in a Year.

These evenings are all about A Real Food Experience. Pauline will do some demonstration and you will be hands-on preparing some of the dishes of the menu yourself with aline’s guidance. Than you will sit down to enjoy your efforts.

The garden always creates my menu.

In Spring our gardens are growing the beautiful Globe Artichokes, and with many fond memories to family holidays in France, I like to prepare these for the starter of our menu.

Followed by Homemade Potato Parsley/Nettle Gnocchi, with Organic Bostock Tarragon Chicken and a Homemade Goats Cheese tart, accompanied by fresh garden salads , blanched carrots and turnip with a rocket mayonnaise.

For dessert we will use the first fresh Strawberries, for a three way Strawberry dessert!
