Poor posture is a major cause of back pain and discomfort for all ages. It not only causes wear and tear on your muscles and joints, it can also affect your digestion and breathing. And weak posture can make you feel old, tired and drained.

But there is good news! You can improve your posture.

What is it about?
This fun and interactive 2-hour workshop includes mindful movement lessons, posture tips and more. All to help you to learn great posture habits and discover how you can stand and sit with ease.

What's included?
- Moving in new, interesting and comfortable ways to help unravel your movement habits.
- A magic roller lesson
- Movement tips
- Group discussion
- Afternoon tea

The workshop is led by a Certified Feldenkrais Method practitioner.

How much:
The investment into improving your posture is only $45. Payment details will be sent when you register (see how to book section below).

What to bring:
- Your lovely self, a smile and a curiosity to learn.
- Please also bring a water bottle
- Mats and blankets will be provided.

What to wear:
Comfortable clothes you can easily move in (doesn’t have to be lycra) and an extra top layer. You don't need to wear sports shoes as the workshop will be done barefoot. Of course, you can also wear socks if you tend to get cold feet!

Parking:
The venue has plenty of free parking available, right outside the venue.

Do I need to book?
Yes! Places are limited to 15 for the workshop and registration is essential.

About the teacher:
Sarah is a certified Feldenkrais practitioner with nearly 10 years experience. She is passionate about helping people discover how to move in easy, graceful and pain-free ways.
