Introductory Tai Chi classes with Wellington School of Tai Chi Chuan Silverstream.

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise to improve health, balance, energy and overall wellness. It is your own journey and you tailor your own outcome. It is great for all ages, all bodies, and allows for wherever you are now.

3 introductory classes, come and see if you like Tai Chi!

6 - 7pm Tuesdays - beginners level 1.
7 - 8.15pm Tuesdays - level 2 on.
