Here is your opportunity to get up close and personal with a selection of furry, feathered and scaly visitors from The Pet Shop.

Come along and listen to our wonderful story about how the elephant got its trunk, then make a craft elephant of your own to take home.

19 April: 10:30 Animal Heroes
Come along and listen to stories of heroic animals at war, including the brave and charming Roly the Anzac Donkey.

Our native owl here in New Zealand is the wise old ruru or morepork. Bring your empty toilet rolls into the library today to create your own spectacular owl.
