Teen Weightlifting Programme

Teen weightlifting – Starting Strength Programme.

Age: 13-17

MaD will be introducing strength and conditioning specially programmed for teens. It will be a great standalone strength programme, or to support and help improve your performance in school sports.

Our teens will start with a general strength programme and then move towards Olympic weightlifting as they become confident in the movements. Classes will be capped to ensure quality coaching and safety. Each session will include a warm up, weightlifting, accessory work and stretching.

Payments on ezidebit only and must pay for all 8 weeks.
