The ‘Art of Well-Being’ is a part-time, year long programme of three 5-day seminars designed for:
- busy professionals who want to re-connect with their own inner source of wellness and creativity, as a basis for professional renewal and nourishment
- busy parents who want to develop their ability to be centered and insightful in their parenting
those who want to find a sense of depth and expansion through working with ideas and processes that invite engagement that connects, nourishes and sustains
- those who recognise the dimension of spirit in their own life - in whatever shape that takes - and who seek to honour that aspect of themselves
- those who understand their own life and its story as a rich store of understanding in their own human becoming.

The Art of Well-Being is a foundational year that explores three inter-related themes: Well-Being - contemporary understandings of health and well-being Art - artistic experiences and activities that enhance and support well-being Biography - how developments and transitions in life can be a source of personal renewal.

The Art of Well-Being provides opportunity for learners to pause, to travel at a different pace, to have rich and engaging learning experiences that nourish them for the demands and busy-ness of daily work and life.

Cost is $1,000 per seminar - includes refreshments and lunch and all course materials.
