Calling all fun food and craft beer lovers!

More than 12 city centre eateries will create their most imaginative and delicious dishes alongside superb wine from Negociants & Church Road, sparkling goodness from S.Pellegrino and no fewer than seven craft breweries offering up intriguing brews for the day to quench your thirst and pique your curiosity.

Eateries participating in this unique food festival include,

Daikoku with an "abalone” escargot butter, seaweed, parsley, lemon or “scotch fillet” wasabi salsa, courgette, capsicum, bean sprout & “salmon saut” pesto sauce, charcoal bun.

Toto's with pasta cooked in a parmesan wheel with your choice of with watercress pesto or fresh chilli and lemon napolitana sauce or white parmigiana sauce with bruchetto flakes and parsley. Or finish off your meal with a kiwi tiramasu.

Greentime with a coconut rice burger with vegan egg or black banana split with vegan coconut ice cream.
Scratch Bakers HQ are serving up a selection of delicious tarts including caramalised popcorn, dark chocolate and popcorn custard; strawberry jam, goats milk custard and rhubarb marshmallow; roasted white chocolate custard with lavender meringue; espresso cardamom custard, coffee crumble and juniper syrup; caramalised banana jam, maple curd and crispy bacon.

Le Chef are serving escargots & beef tartare (raw beef meat with fresh herbs and spices)

Ynot - Banh Mi with grilled pork belly, mayo, pickles & coriander.

Panda Town will have prawn skewers with sweet and sour sauce or pork dumplings & green noodles
1947 Eatery are offering charred paneer - charcoal black paneer balls stuffed with fresh khoa, fruit and nuts in an addictive onion & tomato gravy & Bheja Fry- deep fried goats brain.

Oh My Cheese are serving up Raclette (melted French cheese from the wheel on potatoes sauteed with garlic and butter & pickles)

Manila Eats have a great selection of food on offer this weekend - Black Adobo (black squid ink bun) with chicken breast marinated in traditional soy sauce, vinegar and seasoning then deep fried for that oh so yummy crunch served with egg, onion relish, tomato, mesclun, special mayo; Pink Longganisa (pink beetroot bun) served with a sweet and flavourful grilled pork and garlic patty, served with egg, tomato sauce, salad and pesto dressing; Green Pares (green spinach bun) served with tender and juicy shredded slow-cooked beef cooked in soy sauce, star anis, and seasoning. Served with egg, tomato, mesclun and mayo.

Sumthin’ Dumplin’ are serving up new scallop dumplings; beef and cheese dumplings or monk dumplings (vegetarian)

Lalele, their ice creams are not as sweet as they look! Hint: it's not chocolate ice cream..!
