Come and get a rare glimpse of the Wahine tragedy. See photos taken by the Evening Post photographers as they captured the unfolding events of the day.

Presented by Wellington Museum and the Alexander Turnbull Library.

These poignant images show the emotional and physical impact of the tragedy on survivors. They remind us of the importance of documentary history.

From 5 to 17 April, the National Library will exhibit these images on screens around the building. The images will also screen at Wellington Museum on April 10th.

On 10 April from 12 to 12:30pm we will have a special presentation to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Wahine Disaster.
