Performances by three bands, a duo and a soloist make up an evening of delightful and interesting live music in an iconic Wairarapa venue known for it's idiosyncratic atmosphere and camaraderie!
This show features:

Ain't Superstitious, a folk blues band from Upper Hutt, playing their fist show over the Rims. They are Erena Whare on vocals, Andre Muller -guitar and bass, BJ Morony -guitar, John Pringle- bass, guitar and harmonica and Moray Middleton-drums. They play a hybrid mix of blues/soul/gospel/jazz/roots based music and while not claiming to be a blues band there is a good dose of blues influence in their sound.

Also from the other side of the hill, The Express comprised of Cindy Muggeridge, on piano in the style of Nina Simone, Otis Spann and Dr John and vocals, Neil Billington, the virtuosic skilled blues/chromatic harmonica player and their drummer with the cool grooves, Anje Glindemann, will bring blues chanteuse. We are warned to be prepared for a dose of blues, boogie and ballads that will light up the Old Tin Hut.

Niels Gedge, a trad. English/American Folk singer guitarist will open the show and Zoe Flack with Johnny Gray will carry us on into their soulful repertoire.

Finishing the night will be the new on the block pub rockers "The Bros", with Jason Ireland on drums and vocals, Ben Brunskill, lead guitar and vocals and Tamiti Kaui on bass and vocals.

The food is good, the drinks cover all the bases and the service by Kate and her crew is exemplary.

Show starts around 7:30pm and goes till there's no-one left listening. You'll be amazed how enjoyable a night at Tin Hut Live can be...
