Mind is the cause of both liberation & suffering. A human being is made up of the body, mind & Spirit (or soul). While tremendous amount of resources have been spent on keeping the body in a fit condition, the resources spent on wellness of the mind & the wonders of the Spirit are limited.

This course examines the human mind, understanding anxiety, depression and the various ailments. It also presents methodologies to get back to having wellness and health. Ideal for beginners as well as those who have always wanted to explore the body, mind, spirit dynamics.

The teachings are non-religious and is not promoting any particular school of thought of teacher. All are welcome to come and experience.
