About Sharon Walt
As a Certified International Health Coach, I work with women who have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and other thyroid and autoimmune conditions. I offer personalized one-on-one programs to help them discover the right strategy for them so that they can regain their health and start enjoying life fully again. I use a holistic approach to understanding the root causes of autoimmune disorders and use techniques in applied functional medicine to find targeted solutions.

I'm a certified TRE (Tension Release Exercises) Provider and Life Coach who helps people shake themselves into feeling better, performing better and living with less stress and anxiety. Using simple but powerful tools and techniques, I help people learn how to calm their nervous systems so they can live calmer, more peaceful, more empowered and fulfilling lives.

I work with individuals or small groups in my studio in Waimauku, Auckland. I also offer online sessions and will travel for private groups who want to learn TRE and other life-changing skills together.
