Executive Chef Greg Piner has masterfully engineered a four-course menu featuring winners of the 2018 Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards. Each course will be perfectly matched to an Ara Wine, produced in Marlborough.

Yellowfin tuna cracker with Genevieve's Mahurangi oyster mousse, micro coriander. Prodigal Daughter Cured Salmon with fried capers, baby watercress, zest, cracker pepper vinaigrette
1st Course:
Turks Corn-fed Free Range Chicken tacos with sriracha chilli and lime, toasted sesame and miso dressing
2nd Course:
Nugget Point blue-cod with The Whole Mix zucchini noodles, smoked Pinoli Pine nut crumb, ripped Clevedon Buffalo Co. marinated buffalo mozzarella, basil, lemon
3rd Course:
Roasted Homegrown Farm Fresh Lamb loin, with lamb neck spring roll, black garlic jus, potato fondant, pepper jam
4th Course:
Whitestone Ohau Goats Blue with Jenny's Kitchen Tamarind Relish and oat crackers
