Instead, what if you could learn how to spot a pattern in yourself and others, and deal with it before it escalates to conflict?

In this workshop you will examine dynamics that we can all fall into when dealing with others, that leads to feeling grumpy, wanting to pull back, or stuck for words. Results are the loss of productivity, time spent worrying and poor performance. In this workshop you will learn skills to help you have more productive conversations with customers and colleagues.

Your Presenter - Brenda Ratcliff, Coach and Facilitator.

Brenda Ratcliff is an experienced presenter, trainer and leadership coach at MindMeld Coaching. She uses techniques from neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to unpack the thoughts and actions of successful communicators and helps her clients apply these skills to situations that require change.

She has won two IPANZ awards which she says felt like winning the public service equivalent of an Oscar, for her Talent Management Programme and her leadership simulation on political nous, where participants got to be a Chief Executive with all of its guts and glory and pitfalls. This ‘Chief for a Day’ programme also went on to win an HRINZ public service award.

Brenda studied Leadership - the Effective Use of Power at Stanford University, and is a certified NLP Life Coach and Multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT) coach, and The Leadership Circle 360 Coach.

She is also a certified coach for the Inventory of Work Attitude and Motivation (iWAM), an on-line diagnostic tool to help people understand their own communication styles. Brenda is also an approved Instructor of the Transforming Communications programme designed to help teams work together well raise issues and concerns, and resolve conflicts. She has published three books on Amazon, The Pointy End of Conflict at Work, Fabulous Presentations and Polished Leadership.

Brenda is a self-confessed sci-fi nerd, which she says is part of her love for creating a more positive future.
