Do you ever say to yourself:
- I have a bad feeling about this situation?
- How come I am in this situation again?
- I wish I had handled that conversation differently.

Instead, what if you could learn how to spot a pattern in yourself and others, and deal with it before it escalates to conflict?

In this workshop you will examine dynamics that we can all fall into when dealing with others, that leads to feeling grumpy, wanting to pull back, or stuck for words. Results are the loss of productivity, time spent worrying and poor performance. In this workshop you will learn skills to help you have more productive conversations with customers and colleagues.
