Why does yoga make us feel calm? How can we utilise yoga as a tool to combat stress and anxiety?
In this interactive and experiential workshop we will learn about the vagus nerve, the adrenal system and talk about what makes us feel balanced and resilient, or not, in everyday life.
I will share some insights around energy, stress and exhaustion gained from my 16 years in clinical practice as a Medical Herbalist, and will incorporate traditional yoga techniques with breath, vocalisation and posture .
This workshop is suitable for everyone. No yoga experience is necessary. Pre-registration and payment is essential for this workshop.
