Choose your preferred activity and register for the 6-week Series, starting in September.

Learn the foundations of yoga in a fun, welcoming, non-judgmental environment at Rise Morning Yoga. Explore breathing, alignment and meditation so you can safely practice yoga with joy and ease. We focus on foundational postures, and gentle stretches to build strength, fitness and flexibility as well as a calm mind.
