Huka Prawn park presents it's Annual Fishing Competition running through the October School Holidays. Daily prizes are up for grabs for the longest Prawn caught and overall the longest Prawn will win the main prize valued at $500.00.
Make a day of it pack the chilly bin and the family and enjoy Huka Prawn Park and all it has to offer. $75.00 for all activities for a family 2 x Adults and up to 5 x Children 15yrs and under—entry price includes fishing competition entry.
Terms and Conditions:
- Prawns must be measured before 3:30pm each day.
- Longest Prawn is measured from the tip of the pincer to the end of their tale.
- Entry into the competition is included in the entrance price to Huka Prawn Park
- No age limit
- All prawns must be caught using equipment supplied by Huka Prawn Park
- A condition of entry is that Huka Prawn Park may include names and photos of the winners in publicity material including Facebook, Instagram or print.
