Happy New Year and welcome back to another year of Sunday festivities at the Loft!

What a way to start the new year at the Loft with world-travelling joining us on our opening night January 27th. (Due to a public holiday on Monday 28th we are opening with Yoga and all the rest on Jan 29th).

Devamrita Swami has been a monk for over 45 years, is a Yale graduate and an author of several books. Many of you know hiding in unnatural happiness and Searching for Vedic India. He has done tremendous work to inspire and guide communities and people around the world. We're happy to have him visiting the Loft again to share his wisdom with us all.

This week we are dishing out a middle eastern Vegetarian/vegan feast - Za'tar pizza bread, beetroot tahini dip, smoked eggplant tomato chickpea curry, coconut, almond, apricot Israeli Couscous, paneer pomegranate kofta, falafel salad followed by baklava, plum, date & vanilla ice cream and middle eastern lemonade.

And of course, we have an exciting line-up of kirtan - guided music meditation.

Get dancing, get feasting, get chatting and meet new people! That's what free spirit festival is all about!

After 5:30 the price increases.
The dinner is complimentary, no extra charge!

The meal is a 100% Vegetarian dinner cooked with love. Using only ahimsa milk from the Loft's community cows. If you are a vegan and not taking ahimsa dairy we also cater 100% Vegan. Please let the servers know if you have dietary requirements!

Free spirit festival Sundays at the Loft is the perfect Sunday chill out.

The Loft is situated on Level 1 at 103 Beach Road, Auckland Central. It's just a 5-minute walk from Britomart train & bus station, Auckland University, and Queen Street. The new cycle lanes go right past our door and there is ample room to lock up your bike out the front.

Some parking is available on street directly out the front or in the horseshoe further down, but these spots fill up fast. There is ample parking in the side streets across the road (around spark Arena & The old Railway Station).
