This 4-session course is for anyone who wants to learn about mindfulness or deepen their existing practice. The emphasis is on coming together as a group to learn in an informative and enjoyable way how to bring mindfulness practices into your daily life. Neave has been practising and teaching mindfulness for over 25 years. She is internationally trained to teach MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) developed through the University of Massachusetts Medical School which has over 35 years of research proving its effectiveness and placing it as the leading mindfulness course worldwide. If you want to know how to reduce stress and find a calm place to live from this 4-week course is a great way to begin.

Sessions are an hour long and held over a consecutive 4-week period (29th Sept,6th, 13th 20th Oct). A workbook and guided audio recordings are provided to support participants. Plenty of off-street parking.
