Winter Season One-Night Stands in The Classic Studio

It’s only a few months since the comedy festival, but we can’t wait for the next one - so we’re not going to!

Comedians Tim Müller and Steven Lyons team up to present previews of shows they’re working on for next year’s festival circuit.

Tim’s show is called “100 % Happy”, a reflection on the things that bring us happiness, including but not limited to basic grocery staples.
Steven is working on “What is Wrong With Me.” a joyous exploration of the physical scars he has accumulated over the years, with help from the public healthcare system.
As this show’s title implies - They’re about half way there!

Steven Lyons has performed comedy around the globe and likes to make hilarious hugs for your ears with his absurd yet empathetic wordplay and views on life. After 7 years in Chicago he is back in NZ rocking the stage. A RAW Quest 2017 grand finalist and member of The Improv Bandits, Steven warms up audiences for TV Three’s The Project and 7 Days as well as hosting I’ll Be Back Catalogue (NZ Comedy Guild Nominated Best Podcast 2017 & 2018).

Tim Müller is a scientist by day, comedian by night and quite good at making pancakes by morning. He points the microscope at everything from internet security to nursery rhymes, in search of the hilarious truth. He’s a writer, performer, founder of the fresh but thriving Queenstown comedy scene, a well-regarded contaminated land specialist, occasional science writer on the Spinoff, and his parents were on Country Calendar once. Some of these things are more relevant to how good this show will be than others. You can probably figure it out.

You'll get your tickets now, if you've got half a brain.
