Have you ever wondered what the deal big deal with coconut?
Is it a new fad? Coconut oil, coconut cream, coconut flour, coconut sugar, coconut water... What can you do with it? Good question, if you want to learn more about all the creative ways you can do with this fruit and upgrade your cooking skills.

Join Madhupana on Thursday, August the 29th for the 7 things you can do with Coconut cooking class!

It's a Thai themed menu including:
- Cauliflower wings with Coriander sauce
- Thai Veggie curry
- Coconut rice
- East-West roasted corn salad
- Mango cheesecake
- Bubble tea and a whole lot of fun DIY facts about coconut!

Class starts at 5:30 pm until 7:15 pm, followed by dinner together. Please come 10 minutes before the class to get yourself ready.

Madhupan your teacher for the evening, is a vegan chef and has been cooking and studying the art of making plant-based meals for the past six years.

Madhupan was born in NZ but raised in the USA and has spent plenty of time travelling around the world learning from different cultures how they combine flavours to make a dish genuinely exquisite.
Some of her favourite styles of cooking are making western-style cuisine with eastern spices, as this gives such a unique taste to the classics.

She's a baker at heart, anything that has to do with sweets you'll find her there. She's done wedding catering, birthdays caterings, festivals caterings you name it!

Cooking is a form of art, a fun way to express creativity and try new things, and what Madhupana loves best about food is when I get to share it with other people!
