Adults Karate Classes

In our classes, we teach all aspects of the wide curriculum of Shorin Kempo Kaikan Karate. You will learn kicks, strikes, joint locks and throws, acrobatics, falling, Kumite and much more.

Some portion of each Adult class includes a workout, As we are a martial arts school the main focus in class is to teach. Therefore it is up to the student to further practice and develop the skills they are taught. Getting you in shape not just for practicing martial arts but for living your life to its highest potential.

We offer two trial lessons to let you see first hand the benefits that come from learning Karate. Come on down and try us out. If you would like to enrol we can discuss this further. We also offer kids classes as well.

We are located on the second level at the Balmoral Bowls Club. Take the stairs and follow the balcony around to find us.
