A beautiful programme of intimate and uplifting music exploring music inspired by gods and monsters. Affetto will feature the magical interweaving of voice with instrument, playing in Auckland, Hamilton & Tauranga.
Affetto are joined by hot property Will King - the tone of his rich, resonant voice and his effortlessly crafted musicianship will stay with you long after this concert. Will was the winner of the 2018 Dame Malvina Major Wellington Aria Competition, and since graduating from Wellington NZ School of Music in 2018 is working this year for NZ Opera as an Emerging Artist.

The Italian word ‘affetto’ means mood, emotion or affect, and is both the name and the nature, the group strive to take the audience on a sonic journey from plaintive to passionate, serene to sensational.
