The Pencil Room provides fine art tuition for children and adults. Classes are taught in a welcoming learning environment with a maximum of ten students to cater for individual attention and engagement from tutors.
Improve Your Drawing
Tuesdays 6.00-8.00pm, 22nd Oct - 26th Nov (6 weeks)
Love drawing but feeling stuck? Want to take it to the next level? This drawing course is suitable for artists or those returning to art who are wanting to improve their current drawing practice.
In the first two weeks we will look at objective drawing before spending two weeks on figure drawing and two weeks on portraiture. Each two week block will build on drawing techniques including contour & gesture drawing, measuring & proportion, drawing media and style. All materials provided for use during the course and a sketchbook is provided for each student.
