Days and Hours of Play:
- Saturday 6th July - Doubles and Mixed
- Sunday 7th July - Singles
- Play will start at Badminton Hall, 99 Gillies Ave Epsom at 9am on each day and continue until completion of all events.
- The draw will be placed on the ABA website on 4th of July pm, so check there for the anticipated start time for each event.

Events:
- Men's and Women's Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles - Social and Open Grades.
- Age Groups: 35+, 50+ and 60+ - but require a minimum of 4 entries per event for that event to be held - so The Tournament
Controller reserves the right to combine grades (1st preference) or Age Groups if insufficient entries.
- A maximum of three events can be entered in total; with a maximum of one age group in Singles, Doubles and Mixed.

Eligibility:
- Play is open to all people of Masters age. You do not need to belong to a Club or be affiliated to an Association.
- Players must be at least 34/49/59 years of age throughout the calendar year of the event (eg turn 35 before 31/12/19).
- A Player may participate in their respective age group, or in any younger age group.
- It is recommended that Players entering the Social Grade events should be at a level such that:
They are graded C Grade or below by their Association, or
If playing Inter-Association Competition, they would be playing no higher than Masters Division 4 or Veterans Division 3.
Not have won the event last year.

- Entries
Entries can be submitted in any one of the following ways: By going to the ABA website (http://aklbadminton.com) and entering directly using Tournament Planner. This is our preferred way of receiving your entry.
By completing and sending this form to the ABA ProShop. (PO Box 99 Gillies Ave, Epsom) or competitions@aklbadminton.com

All entries must be accompanied by the correct entry fees, and be received by the Tournament Controller no later than 11.59pm on Sun 30 June 2019.

Fee:
One Event - $30,
Two Events - $50,
Three Events - $65

Events explained:
One event - You play Singles or Doubles or Mixed Doubles
Two events - You play (Singles & Doubles) or (Singles & Mixed Doubles) or (Doubles & Mixed Doubles)
Three events - You play all Singles, Doubles & Mixed Doubles.

Prizes for winners:
Payment can be made either by:
- Direct Credit to the ABA Bank Account - Number 12 3045 0373701 00
- Using a Credit Card and submitting with your form at the ABA ProShop
- Cheque made payable to Auckland Badminton Association

The Organisers have the right to refuse entry for any reason they deem reasonable. This may include conflict of interest, previous behaviour, outstanding debt etc.
