This course runs 7 - 9 pm on Tuesday evenings over four weeks starting 19 March 2019.
Some of the meals you will be creating, amongst a range of other exotic recipes, will be:
- Som Tum (Spicy Green Papaya Salad)
- Khao Pad (Fried Rice)
- Kai Med Ma Muang (Chicken with Cashew Nuts)
- Pad Krapow Moo Saap (Fried Basil and Pork)
- Paid Thai (Thai style Fried Noodles)
- Course fee includes $100.00 for ingredients.
