Authenticity is a modern buzz word, but what does it actually mean? And how does it affect your life?

Some people have no problem with authenticity; they tell anyone within 10 feet of them what is on their mind. But for others, being an open book is difficult challenge.

If you bite your tongue, hold back your feelings (maybe to protect someone else's emotions), stuff problems down, have a hard time speaking up for yourself, or maybe your whole life just feels like it doesn't fit sometimes, then authenticity might be a challenge for you.

Authenticity isn't about being rude or unkind. It is about knowing who you are, and not feeling afraid to speak your truth.

During this free workshop we go over the blocks to authenticity, and the first steps toward self-acceptance and speaking your truth without anxiety.

- what values drive all your choices and behaviours
